Tiimo: Redesigning Error Messages
Our error messages were very messy and uncomfortable for our users. I researched best practices within error messages. Solution: We introduced new error messages with helpful and guiding custom copy for each error type. The error code is displayed at the bottom to help customer support and tech when reporting and fixing the errors/bugs.
